1. Our Terms

What these terms cover

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply ticketing services to you. TickItUp is a trading name of Ultra Processing Ltd. We are not responsible for organising the events for which we sell tickets. Please refer to the event organiser’s terms and conditions for information about the event itself, including any entry requirements or restrictions.

Why you should read them

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain who we are, how we provide services, your rights, and what to do if there’s a problem.
Note: Once your ticket order is accepted, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances explained below.

3. Our Contract With You

  • Order acceptance: A contract forms when we send an email confirming your order.
  • If we cannot accept your order: We’ll notify you and won’t charge you. This could happen if tickets are sold out or if there’s a pricing error.
  • Order number: We’ll assign one to your order. Please reference it if you contact us.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Event changes

  • If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you may claim a refund of the ticket face value.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket remains valid. No refunds will be issued.
  • Events curtailed due to weather or other force majeure (including government restrictions) will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund process

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or in some cases, via direct bank transfer from the event organiser.
  • Processing fees are non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure your contact details are correct so we can notify you of changes.
  • You are responsible for checking the event date, venue, and ticket details before purchase.
  • Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

No cancellation

Once we accept your order, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any change is at our sole discretion.


5. Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

  • Request repeat or corrective service if not performed with reasonable care and skill.
  • Pay a reasonable price if no price was agreed.
  • Receive service in a reasonable time.

6. Price & Payment

  • The ticket price is shown during checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct.
  • If we discover a pricing error:
    • If the correct price is lower: you’ll be charged the lower amount.
    • If higher: we’ll contact you before accepting your order.
  • We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay (where available) and Google Pay (where available).
  • No tickets will be issued until full payment is received.

7. Liability

  • We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us.
  • We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, such as:
    • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
    • Breach of your legal rights
  • If our digital content damages your device, we will repair or compensate.
  • We are not liable for business-related losses, including:
    • Loss of profit
    • Business interruption
    • Loss of opportunity

8. Personal Information

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


9. Other Important Terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms.
  • You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else.
  • No third party rights: This contract is between you and us only.
  • If a term is found illegal, the rest will continue to apply.
  • Delays in enforcement do not waive our rights.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law.

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in:

  • England or Wales, if you live in either country
  • Scotland, if you live in Scotland
  • Northern Ireland, if you live in Northern Ireland

If you are a consumer residing outside the United Kingdom (including the USA, Canada, or Australia), you agree that any dispute or claim relating to these terms shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


11. Our Events and Ticket Use

  • Ticket sales help fund costs like:
    • Training programmes
    • Venue hire
    • Marketing and equipment
    • Staff cost
    • Online infrastructure

As such, tickets are non-refundable.


12. Table Service

Where table service is included, this is provided by the venue or a third-party caterer, not by the event organiser.
We are not liable if the venue cannot deliver this service due to staffing issues or other operational problems.
